Jenny is trained and experienced in the ‘Atlantean Method’ of Crystal Therapy which involves creating an “energetic cradle” of crystals (such as quartz) around the body. This provides a safe and nurturing space for the balancing and cleansing of the Chakras, or energy points, of the body and the human aura. It is when these are blocked that physical ailments can occur.
