Crystal has been in the natural therapies industry for nines years. After completing a certificate
four in Natural Therapies at Fremantle TAFE, Crystal then continued on with further studies into
Remedial Massage and Health Science. Also during this time studied Reiki healing and completed a certificate
two for Reiki energy healing.

Our energetic body needs as much care as our physical body, so nurturing both is important to our wellbeing and ability to handle life. Jenny is trained and experienced in the ‘Atlantean Method’ of Crystal Therapy which involves creating an “energetic cradle” of crystals (such as quartz) around the body. This provides a safe and nurturing space for the balancing and cleansing of the Chakras, or energy points, of the body and the human aura. It is when these are blocked that physical ailments can occur.
