David’s teaching style is totally supportive and very calming, ensuring that every student gains the deep levels of rest and inner quiet that the Vedic Meditation technique is guaranteed to provide. A natural communicator, he takes students through the steps gradually, at their own pace, with great clarity.
Vedic Meditation has been scientifically examined many, many times and studies show conclusively that there are tangible benefits from this easily learnt practice: stress is reduced, elevated blood pressure alleviated, anxiety relieved, sleep improved, the incidence of cancer and heart disease significantly cut, brain function improved and blood chemistry is naturally altered, with cortisol (the stress indicator) disappearing during meditation and being replaced by the ‘bliss’ chemicals such as the endo-morphines (particularly Beta-endorphin), anandamide (ananda is the Sanskrit word for bliss) and serotonin.
Vedic Meditation can be practised by children and adults, is simple to learn and effortless to practise.
